Aftershock is the companion piece and second part of the previously released Thunderstruck (CYCL 120) live album. This live set draws on the repertoire of the bands first four studio albums. It is interesting to hear how new singer Tracy Hitchings vocals give new interpretations to the early works, which were originally sung by Damian Wilson. Band classics and epic tracks such as "The Vision Pit", "Ta Jiang" and "Lighthouse" are given life with these energetic live versions highlighting guitarist Uwe D'Rose and singer Tracy Hitchings.
